Dr. Weisner received a B.S. in Chemistry at Ursinus College, graduating cum laude. He completed his Medical Doctor degree at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center of the Pennsylvania State University, graduating in 1982. For over 25 years, he has distinguished himself in the medical community through his work at area hospitals, in private practice, and most recently, the PA Department of Corrections facilities in the area. He is a valuable asset to the Shamokin Dam Health Center team. |

Dr. Dunigan completed his undergraduate studies at Gwynedd Mercy College and Temple University and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Pennsylvania College of Chiropractic in 1992. He started Shamokin Dam Chiropractic Center in 1996. In May of 2003, Dr. Dunigan started the area's first and only multi-disciplinary practice, known as the Shamokin Dam Health Center. Dr. Dunigan is a Diplomate in the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board.. |

Robin Steele received her degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 1983. She has expertise in several unique areas of physical therapy, which include therapeutic horseback riding and the first home visiting physical therapist for McKean County Visiting Nurses Association. She became a great asset to the Shamokin Dam Health Center in July of 2006. |

Heather Hoot is a 1998 graduate of Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation. She became part of Shamokin Dam Health Center’s staff in July of 2002. She loves her patients and prides herself on seeing them improve to optimal health. |

Terri Springer has been at the Shamokin Dam Health Center since August of 2005. She has 30 years of medical training from working in a nursing home to working at Geisinger and Evangelical Hospitals. She has also worked as a Phlebotomist and is proud to be part of the Shamokin Dam Health Center team. |
