Michael J Dunigan, DC, Center Director
Dr. Dunigan completed his undergraduate studies at Gwynedd Mercy College and Temple University and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Pennsylvania College of Chiropractic in 1992.  He started Shamokin Dam Chiropractic Center in 1996. In May of 2003, Dr. Dunigan started the area's first and only multi-disciplinary practice, known as the Shamokin Dam Health Center.  Dr. Dunigan is a diplomat of the American Rehabilitation Board of Chiropractic.  Dr. Dunigan resides in Winfield with his wife Heidi and daughters Grace 8 annd Tara 7.

Robin M Spangler, MD
Dr. Spangler has been at the Shamokin Dam Health Center since February 2005.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of Delaware. She then went on to graduate from Temple University School of Medicine. After completing her residency at Geisinger Medical Center she became Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in the area since.  She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Christian Medical and Dental Associations. Dr Spangler resides in Northumberland with her daughters Sarah 9 and Marissa 6.

Robin Steele, Physical Therapist
Robin received her degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 1983.  She has expertise in several unique areas of physical therapy which include therapeutic horseback riding and the first home visiting physical therapist for McKean County Visiting Nurses Association.  She acted as an evaluator for a transportation program through Alleghany Easter Seals. She became a great asset to the Shamokin Dam Health Center in July of 2006. Robin resides in Salem with her daughters Elizabeth 16 and Hannah 15.

Michelle Hogan, LPN
Michelle has been with Shamokin Dam Health Center since March of 2005. She is a graduate of the Danville Area Nursing School Program. She has over 9 years of experience as a clinical nurse and many valuable years experience working as a floor nurse in the trauma/ Surgical department at Geisinger Medical Center.  She brings on board her pediatric and clinical experience and has served as an elementary school nurse. She is a member and volunteers at Saint Monica’s Church in Sunbury. Michelle resides in Sunbury with her husband Brian and sons Ian 6 and Gabe 4.

Heather Hoot, Rehab Specialist
Heather is a 1998 graduate of Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation.  She became part of Shamokin Dam Health Center’s staff in July of 2002.  She is an active member at Faith United Methodist Church.  Heather resides in Selinsgrove with her husband Todd and children Casara 19, Quinn 15, and Owen 2.

Terri Springer, Office Manager
Terri has been at the Shamokin Dam Health Center since August 2005.  She has 30 years of medical training from working in a nursing home to working at Geisinger and Evangelical Hospitals. She has worked as a Phlebotomist and brings 3 years experience working at a dental office to the group. Terri resides in Northumberland with her daughters Amanda 23 and Megan 19.
